Okay, so florida man tricks his girlfriend into taking abortion pills.

He’s being charged with 1st degree murder.

Normally I’d be like, hell yeah lock the fucker up.

But as someone who is pro-choice, I really do believe that an early pregnancy isn’t really a person, and therefore shouldn’t qualify as murder, because then all abortion would be murder… right???

What do you think?

Honestly I’d love to see him get the harshest sentence possible, because that’s fucking sick. But it would be immensely hypocritical for me to agree that it is murder since, of course, a fetus could hardly be considered a human being, especially since it was probably fairly early in the pregnancy that this happened. So I’m gonna say no, he shouldn’t be charged with murder. But the fact that they aren’t trying to charge him with anything on the basis of him manipulating his girlfriend and violating her very basic reproductive rights is a bit absurd to me.
